We have recently observed many incidents over the internet where Zomato replies to it's customers tweet in a creative manner.Zomato never fails to impress us with it's customer relation activities.
Recently a twitter user tweeted to Zomato on cancelling an order because of being delivered by a non Hindu delivery guy .The user named Amit Shukla tweeted that he doesn't like his order to be delivered by a non Hindu guy and he doesn't want any refund for it.
Zomato gave an epic reply to him'Food doesn't have any religion,it is a religion'.
Zomato's reply to his tweet is winning the internet and people are praising the brand for their epic reply.
