I am a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) licensed Clinical Psychologist having done MPhil in Clinical Psychology and pursuing Ph.D. in Psychology. I have over half a decade of experience in treating clinical and sub clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, stress related illness, addiction disorders and various other adult and childhood disorders. I believe in active listening and am empathetic, patient, competent, non-judgmental and sincere in my personal and professional dealings. My therapeutic style is eclectic and includes a mix of different approaches. I consider therapy to be tailor-made for the individual and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in empowering and guiding individuals so that they can make positive changes in their life and live productively. I am also passionate about mental health and want to work towards de-stigmatization and enhancement of the mental health of all individuals.
