Mahima is a Consultant Psychologist and Psychotherapist, MSc, PGD, BPT, International Hypnosis Association & EFTMRA certified. She has also obtained her credentials in client-centered therapy under a UK-based therapist. Her education qualification is based on an eclectic approach to therapy and an integrated approach to mental health coaching. She is a keen learner and she focuses on a personalised approach to client's well-being. She is currently running her private practice in India and works with clients online globally. She mostly works with clients who are dealing with work-related stress & interpersonal issues, chronic health issues, work-life balance, low self-esteem, panic & anxiety attacks, relationship issues, and post-breakup emotional difficulties. She deeply values relationships with her clients and she believes that it allows them to express themselves more freely, which enhances their recovery.
