I hold a Master’s in Arts specializing in counseling psychology and am skilled in CBT, SFBT, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Couples Therapy. I specialize in anxiety, PTSD, depression, childhood trauma, self-esteem issues, and relationship problems, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs. In addition to my individual therapy practice, I facilitate support groups that provide a community-based approach to personal development. My expertise extends to self-esteem, self-development, and relationship issues, offering clients tools and strategies to enhance their confidence and foster healthier relationships. Outside of work, I am a passionate foodie who loves sushi and enjoys discovering new places in town. I’m also keen on trying new things and am currently hooked on learning to play songs on my Casio keyboard.
Cancellation Policy
For 1 on 1 therapy sessions: To cancel, send us a mail at least 3 hrs prior to the session time. You can manage your bookings by login to the site too. No refund will be done for cancellations done from 3 hrs prior to the session time. For group Sessions: We have no cancellation policy as slots are limited and fixed.
