SpaceX is planning to test a spacecraft prototype called Starhopper at around 5 PM ET today.The launch site is located at South Texas two miles away from Boca China beach.Police have suggested the local villegers to leave their homes during the test.
The test involves a Starhopper prototype having a height of 18m(60 ft will fly roughly above 200m before attempting landing which will be lifted by a single Raptor engine.
If everything goes as per planned,there is no need to worry. But if any malfunction occurs, there may be an overpressure event which can lead to an explosion.
