Users are reporting down of WhatsApp and Facebook globally.The messaging platform is not working properly for many users.People are not being able to send messages and some are not able to download images through WhatsApp. Till no official statement is coming out from any of the two giants. As reported by 'India Today 'this problem seems more in South Asia and Europe region. In India also users are facing problems with downloading images from WhatsApp.
